Winter is upon us and before you hear from me again, The Learning Kitchen will have officially changed hands. We have selected Friday, Dec. 21st as the day to "close" the sale. We chose this particular day because it marks the Winter Solstice, the beginning of Winter and the longest night of the year. Winter Solstice is a turning point, a time for reflection of the past year and for hope in the future. It is the day that we bring the past to close with a sense of honor for all that has been and set our intentions for the coming year. I couldn't think of a better way to honor Lyn and the kitchen as she is today and to bring light to what she will be. Happy Solstice to all!
